Amir Orad
President & Chief Executive Officer
Amir Orad, President and Chief Executive Officer at Actimize, leads the company's corporate vision, strategy, and execution. Previously at Actimize, Mr. Orad held the roles of President of Americas, EVP Product Management and Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Orad is a thought leader and renowned expert in the areas of financial crime, cyber security, payments, and authentication. Prior to Actimize, Mr. Orad was a co-founder and EVP Marketing of Cyota Inc., an online security and anti-fraud company that was acquired by RSA Security for $145MM in 2005. Following the acquisition, he was Vice President of Marketing at RSA. Mr. Orad holds an MBA from Columbia University's executive program (Beta Gamma Sigma) and a BS in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Steve Vogel
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Vogel, Chief Financial Officer of Actimize, is responsible for directing and implementing a strong financial model and streamlined processes, systems, and measures to facilitate growth and assure Actimize's financial success. Mr. Vogel has over 25 years of industry experience, working with high-tech public and private companies both domestically and internationally. His expertise lies in implementing processes and procedures to facilitate growth while minimizing costs. Mr. Vogel has proven success with assisting Paladyne to achieve triple digit growth, leading Chordiant Software to first profit, and helping drive iLogistix to an annual growth of over $200 million. Prior to joining Actimize, he held CFO and General Counsel positions at various high-tech firms, including Paladyne Systems, Chordiant Software, Tessera, iLogistix, and Microbank. Mr. Vogel holds a BA and MBA from Lehigh University, an MBA in Finance from Wharton, an LLM in Corporations Law from New York University, and a JD cum laude from Arizona State University. He is a member of the New York Bar and holds a CPA and a CMA.
Yaron Shohat
Chief Operations Officer
Yaron Shohat, Actimize Chief Operating Officer and Israel Managing Director, oversees the company's technical operations, including global R&D, customer support, hosting and IT, analytics, and the Office of the CTO. He brings extensive expertise in the areas of fraud prevention, electronic payments, cybercrime, information security, and systems integration. Prior to Actimize, Mr. Shohat was general manager of RSA's Online Threats Business Unit where he owned the development, delivery, and operations of various fraud and cybercrime prevention solutions. Previously, he was VP of Professional Services at Cyota where he was responsible for implementation and post implementation account management of the company's anti-fraud solution. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shohat managed large scale software development teams responsible for developing complex mission-critical defense systems and implementing them on a wide range of platforms. Mr. Shohat holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.
Stephen V. Rooney
Managing Director & Vice President, Americas
Stephen Rooney leads business strategy, decision making, and development for the Actimize Americas region. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in software solution sales and management. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Rooney was Senior Vice President of Global Sales for SunGard Energy Systems. Before this, Mr. Rooney was Vice President of North American Sales for SS&C Technologies, a leading provider of software, consulting, and outsourcing services to the financial services vertical. Earlier in his career, he held positions with PeopleSoft and Oracle. Mr. Rooney graduated from Boston College.
Bruno Piers de Raveschoot
Managing Director, Europe & Asia-Pacific
Bruno Piers de Raveschoot leads sales, marketing, delivery, strategy, and business decision making for the Actimize Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Piers has more than a dozen years of experience with senior positions in the financial software industry and a strong background in investment banking. Prior to Actimize, Mr. Piers was VP European Sales for Poet, a German software provider, where he successfully participated in the launch of Poet in the Neue Market in Frankfurt. Prior to this, he was head of business development for a high growth technology project at CSFB. Mr. Piers is a certified accountant, holds a Masters in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas, TX and attended the Investment Management Program at The London Business School.
Paul Henninger
Vice President, Product Management
Paul Henninger, Vice President of Product Management at Actimize, leads a group of product and risk experts at Actimize that work with financial institutions, regulators, and others to establish a long-term technology-based strategy for preventing financial crime and controlling compliance risk. He advises financial institutions and government agencies around the world on developing risk management strategies, including integrating anti-fraud and anti-money laundering operations; deploying cross-channel fraud detection solutions; and establishing best-of-breed compliance and risk operations. Mr. Henninger began his career in strategy consulting with Mitchell Madison Group and has held a number of product management and strategy roles through the years for numerous analytics providers, such as FICO. Mr. Henninger holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
Ido Ophir
Vice President, Strategic Account Management
Ido Ophir leads both Actimize Strategic Account Management and the Actimize Solutions Labs. In this role, he orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services, and solutions to strategic accounts. Mr. Ophir is also responsible for leveraging our strategic customer relationships to identify new business needs and innovative solutions that expand Actimize's product line. Previously, Mr. Ophir was Vice President, Product Management, responsible for bringing Actimize products to market. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Ophir held the role of VP, Product Development at Always-On, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager at Blue Phoenix (formerly Crystal Systems) where he utilized his information technology programming background from the Israeli Defense Force.
Dale Stern
Vice President, Professional Services Special Projects
Dale Stern, Vice President of Professional Services Special Projects, establishes Actimize's global delivery methodology and processes. Her 30 years of professional experience encompasses consulting and practice development work, coupled with significant international exposure. Prior to joining Actimize, Ms. Stern was an Associate Partner in IBM's Business Consulting practice and a Managing Director at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Israel. Ms. Stern graduated from Harvard University with a BA in General Studies, Applied Mathematics.
Doron Paz
Vice President, Professional Services, Americas
Doron Paz joined Actimize in 2008 and currently leads the company's Professional Services group in the Americas region. Mr. Paz has a long history of services management in the telecommunications and CRM industries. Prior to joining Actimize, he worked for Amdocs, overseeing a variety of global telecommunication projects and managing the professional services group for Clarify CRM. Mr. Paz graduated from Tel-Aviv University with a degree in a Computer Science.
Shimon Zeldner
Vice President, Professional Services, EMEA & Asia-Pacific
Shimon Zeldner, Vice President and Head of Actimize Professional Services in EMEA and Asia-Pacific, brings more than 20 years of relevant experience of software implementations and professional consulting in the banking sector. Prior to joining Actimize, Mr. Zeldner was Vice President of Account Management for Surecomp, managing client relationships and overlooking trade finance and payments projects at tier-1 financial institutions worldwide. Mr. Zeldner holds a Masters in Computer Science and Business Administration.
David Govrin
Co-Founder
David Govrin co-founded Actimize with David Sosna and Boaz Pe'er and for more than a decade, has played a key role in the development of Actimize and its solutions. Prior to Actimize, Mr. Govrin managed key business intelligence/data warehouse projects for Tnuva and served as IT Director for Technoplast, both Israeli companies. Mr. Govrin received his Bachelor of Science and MBA in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Boaz Pe'er
Co-Founder
Boaz Pe'er, one of the company's co-founders, has been exceptionally instrumental in creating Actimize's robust technology, while building and leading the company's global R&D organization. Prior to starting Actimize, Mr. Pe'er managed large scale data warehousing technology projects for some of Israel's most preeminent companies. Mr. Pe'er graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
